I just wrote this song recently. It’s not recorded yet, but I wanted to share it with you and see what you think. It’s called “Annaly” and it’s about the one that got away.

“It’s still a work in progress”, right? This is a song to be listened, (in my opinion) by those perhaps in a long distance relationship where both are trying to each do what they want with their life “sucessfully” or vice-versa while waiting for the other.
The longer you are with a person the relationship grows and changes together if there is LOVE. Sometimes people “let go” or “move on” because they do LOVE the person and don’t want to be “selfish” and hold them back from accomplishing their goals in life.
This song is just missing “something”.
What was in the letter besides I’m a diferent man than I used to be? Another lyric needs to be added. There needs to be more of a storyline for “why” she left. Make sense?
